All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience if your order takes longer than expected.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@filafidei.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
